Hall Hire Rates

Lower Hall (Level 1)
•    Casual Hire: $50/hour (min. $100) + $150 refundable deposit
•    Regular Hire: $40/hour + $150 deposit + $90 one-off admin fee

Upper Hall (Level 2)
•    Casual Hire: $35/hour (min. $100) + $150 refundable deposit
•    Regular Hire: $30/hour + $150 deposit + $90 one-off admin fee

> Note: Unused or extended time is charged at the standard hourly rate.

Important to Know

• Full payment (including refundable deposit) is required at booking.
• Halls must be cleaned after use and all rubbish removed.
• A $50 fee applies if cleaning conditions aren’t met.
• We are an alcohol-free venue and cannot accommodate 18th or 21st birthday parties.
