Drop off - at the Hall 7pm Pick up - Manly Dam Gate 9pm
WHO: Venturers
ACTIVITY: Venturers will walk from Fairlight/Manly Scout Hall to Manly Dam in the evening, followed by a barbecue.
Venturers will walk together in groups. Adult leaders will remain nearby and monitor their progress, but will not continuously walk alongside each group. Participants must stay with their group, follow the agreed route and obey leaders’ instructions.
Parents/carers must arrange collection at 9 pm. Participants must check out with a leader before leaving with their parent/carer or authorised adult.
Food
Sausages, bread and sauce will be provided. Please note any dietary requirements or allergies when RSVP'ing.
SAFETY: Follow instructions of Leaders and Adult Helpers at all times.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
• Torch or headtorch with spare batteries • Drinking water and a small backpack • Warm layer and rain jacket • Enclosed walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing • Any required personal medication, with instructions provided to leaders
